The D20 is a 4-channel (2RU) amplifier suitable for sedentary or mobile environments requiring low to medium sound pressure level ( SPL ). The D20, which uses the same Digital Signal Processing (DSP) platform, is designed to work with all loudspeakers in the d&b range (except the J Series and the M2 stage monitor) and proposes a linear mode. Each channel can benefit from a fully configurable delay function up to 10 s (= 3440 m/11286 ft) and two 16-band EQs with optional parametric, asymmetrical, shelving or notch filtering. The D20 incorporates a color TFT touch screen for quick access to the various menus as well as a rotary digital encoder for fine adjustments. The front panel and integrated touch screen of the D20 amplifier is tilted upwards to facilitate operations in case of low placement. The equivalent ratio between the input signal and the output channels of the amplifier allows greater flexibility of application, especially in stage monitor, frontfill or for effects channels. The LoadMatch function integrated into the D20 amplifier makes it possible to compensate for the electrical properties of the speaker cables. The D20 integrates Class D amplifiers with a power supply with Power Factor Correction (PFC) compatible with 10 0 V - 240 V, 50 - 60 Hz standards and offers a stable and reinforced output in case of use behind a weak or unstable electrical source. An NL8 groups all the outputs on a single connector. Dual channel mode configurations are available on four NL4s, and Mix TOP/SUB and 2-Way Active configurations are available on selected d&b loudspeakers via two center NL4 connectors. RJ 45 and etherCON connectors allow (respectively) CAN-Bus and OCA remote network access via Ethernet.
