D12 amplifier

The d & b D12 is a 2-channel amplifier equipped with digital signal processing (DSP) circuits which provide specific speaker settings.
It also has versatile protection functions for all common d & b loudspeakers.
The D12 has analog and digital inputs, loudspeaker outputs, functionality and interfaces for remote control and monitoring, a sine wave and pink noise generator, as well as control and status LEDs.
A user-configurable 4-band parametric equalizer and signal delay function (up to 340ms) are available for each channel.
The D12 is also equipped with an electronic SenseDrive circuit which provides precise control of the speaker membranes in the subwoofers, for extremely precise performance in the bass.
The d & b load monitoring circuit provides status information on the woofer and tweeter loudspeakers for multi-speaker systems, even if this is passively filtered.
All these functions and parameters are easily accessible and manipulated via an LCD display and a rotary digital encoder.
The D12 is equipped with a switching power supply which ensures operation without any adjustment of the mains voltage.
