Technical description :

The Q1 is a 2-way passive speaker equipped with 2 10 "boomers mounted in a dipole arrangement and a 1.3" compression driver placed in a toroidal waveform device. Its 75 ° constant directivity horizontal dispersion is maintained below 400 Hz, while its 15 ° HF vertical dispersion allows it to be implemented in vertical columns which produce a coherent curved front wave. The mechanical and acoustic design of this enclosure makes it possible to obtain flared vertical angles between 0 and 14 °. The Q1 can also be used in vertical configurations starting with 2 enclosures and a dispersion zone of 15 to 30 °, up to 20 enclosures with a vertical profile completely defined according to the requirements of the user and the location. The cabinet of the Q1 is constructed using marine plywood coated with a high impact resistant paint finish and is fitted with a pair of handles. The front face is protected with a rigid metal grille coated with an acoustically permeable interchangeable foam. On the rear face, 2 EP5 or NL4 connectors are connected in parallel.
