The XP12 is a compact 2-way powered loudspeaker, designed by the best acoustic engineers. It can be used as a stand-alone system, as a stage monitor or in combination with the XP118 powered subwoofer.
Featuring 12 "(300mm) LF speakers and a 1" (25mm) compression driver on an 80 ° x 50 ° rotating vent, it is ideal for small to medium sized indoor venues requiring Cutting-edge sound in a compact package. The LF speaker features a 2.5 "(65 mm) voice coil and a powerful magnet system for a very precise bass response, while the HF compression speaker uses a diaphragm 1.75 "(44mm) polyimide for extended high frequency response without distortion.
An integrated Class D amplifier module supplies 10 W LF + 300 W HF peak to the loudspeakers and complex DSP functions are controlled by a multi-function rotary knob and user-friendly color display on the rear panel. Features of the DSP include crossover function, a three-channel mixer with three-band EQ on each input channel and the selection of three harmony presets and operating modes for flexible use without external processing.
The LF and HF speakers are independently protected by RMS and peak limiters for consistent longevity and performance. Constructed of durable plywood, it is fitted with a steel grille and fabric to protect the speakers from damage and dust ingress, without impeding low frequency airflow.
The housing is equipped with M8 inserts for ring suspension and a base for pole mounting. Wear resistant textured black paint finish.
