DL251 INFO

The Midas DL251 digital stage box offers 48 mic/line inputs and 16 mic/line outputs. You can, in fact, connect up to 48 analog audio sources, then connect them to a digital mixer via an Ethernet cable. We also note the presence of three AES50 ports, each with 24 sends (departures) and 24 returns (returns). You only need three cables to make them work! On the back of the unit is a remote Ethernet port, allowing you to drive the DL251's mic preamps through a digital mixer or computer. If you combine the DL251 with the DL252 mirror version (48 outputs and 16 inputs), the whole works as a stand-alone stage box, guaranteeing a stable signal up to 10 meters using CAT5 cables.
